The term Application means the application for mobile or tablet, Android and IOS called itsmart.
The term itpbx means the pbx component of the itneo suite with which the Application is communicating.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from the Application and why we collect it, how we use / process this information and to whom we may disclose it.

Personal data
From our Application, we do not store any personal data (for example, names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or complete IP addresses).
Communication data
When you use our Application via telecommunications services to communicate with a itpbx, communication data (for example, the IP address) is automatically generated. The itpbx does not retain this data, it is used only to establish communication between the Application and a itpbx.
Permissions Required by the Application
Using the Camera
The Application only use the camera for video calls if required by the user. No video is recorded on the itpbx.
Using the Audio
The Application collects user’s Audio informations and need access to user’s device microphone to establish a WebRTC call. Audio information is sent to the itpbx. No audio information is recorded on the itpbx.
Using the the user’s Phone Number
The Application needs access to your device’s phone number to integrated calls into the built-in phone app. No personnal is stored.
Using the the user’s Contacts
No personal data is retained by the Application or sent to the itpbx. Contacts are use as a conveinient way to initiate call. No personnal is stored.
Personal data not collected automatically
We don’t collect any information about the device, besides the Firebase Cloud Messaging Token token.
We collect and share the FCM token with the itpbx to allow developers to use it in their functions to send notifications to the calling device at the time of call or to store it for later.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not sell, trade or transfer this information to third parties.
